By taking advantage of the monthly rate, you benefit by getting a lower hourly rate ( at least four hours of coaching ) and depending on the calendar you could get an extra day free in certain months.

Please understand that your appointments must be scheduled and confirmed via email prior to the actual session taking place or making your payment(s). Your payment will deliver a receipt and your account will be credited accordingly.

Considerations for you:

1. Prior to the first session, the client will be expected to fill out a short questionaire about their career goals, status, preferences, intentions, products or service description, and basic career history.
2. All sessions are done over the phone at a time and a number you designate. You will receive written (email) confirmation of your time and day plus an email reminder the day before the session is scheduled to occur.
There is no contract. Your satisfaction determines whether you want to continue the coaching relationship. Any unused funds would be returned in full within 10 days of notice of your intent to terminate the services.
3. References are available from existing clients but respect for their privacy and the relationship mandate that the references are offered after the potential client is relatively sure this is a serious consideration for them.
4. All sessions are followed with an email detailing what was discussed. Action steps and objectives are defined. In addition, following sessions will include a pre-call plan / agenda.
